Our Unique Selling Points

Excellence & Experience

We believe in quality over quantity, that is why we only maintain a small pool of exceptional Coaches. It is by adhering to this principle that we set ourselves apart from the competition and ensure we continuously provide an elite coaching service. Each of our Coaches is hand-picked based on their extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise in their field.

Qualifications & Training

All our Coaches hold a minimum of an Ofqual recognised Level 5 Diploma in Coaching, are accredited by a professional Coaching body and are further trained and developed by us at EEC. Once selected, our coaches undergo rigorous training in our coaching methodology and principles, to ensure professional effectiveness and maximum client benefit.

Assurance & Standards

Imperious professional coaching standards are maintained through extensive and continuous supervision, feedback and mentoring, by EEC coaching supervisors. We have worked for a number of coaching providers, none of which offer the level of assurance and governance that we offer. See also “Accreditation” below.

Professionalism & Trust

All coaches are active members of a recognised professional body (EMCC, ICF, AC), carry out regular Coaching Supervision, regular CPD and follow the strictest of ethical codes of conduct. We believe challenge is necessary for growth. Our coaches help you to have the difficult conversations you need to have with yourself, in a structured way, and in a completely psychologically safe and confidential environment.

Accreditation and Assurance

Why is Accreditation important? At Elite Executive Coaching, assurance is paramount. That’s why we ensure that all members of our carefully selected coaching team hold accreditation and membership from one of the main coaching bodies – ICF, EMCC, or AC. We don’t specify which body, as we believe in granting our coaches the flexibility and autonomy to align with their individual preferences.

Our rigorous selection process ensures that only the most qualified coaches join our team. We provide them with comprehensive training and regular supervision to uphold the highest standards of service for our clients. Moreover, accreditation of our coaches offers additional assurance by ensuring compliance with codes of ethics, adherence to competency frameworks, and validating their experience and qualifications.

When you choose coaching from EEC, you can rest assured that you will receive an elite service delivered by elite coaches, who support you to achieve exceptional results. Our team comprises highly experienced, qualified, accredited, and dedicated professionals committed to your success.

Training

We believe any individual or organisation employing a coach, deserves the very best coaching standards. Every EEC coach must hold a professional qualification of an Ofqual regulated Level 5 Diploma or above. This ensures they are highly trained, possessing relevant background knowledge and coaching experience. We have been delivering Chartered Management Institute Coaching training for over 5 years, during which time we have qualified over 300 coaches and coaching supervisors at Level 5 and 6. Therefore, as a fully accredited coaching institution, we are able to hand-pick only the best individuals to join our select coaching and training team.

With links to Henley Business School, Birkbeck and University of East London MSc Coaching programmes, we are also able to select those individuals who are not only experienced and highly qualified coaches, but also offer a wide variety of invaluable executive and corporate experience.

We ensure all our coaches are trained in up to date coaching tools and techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Gestalt Coaching, Transformational Coaching and Positive Psychology Coaching among many others. Of equal importance is the training provided to ensure knowledge, understanding and alignment with EEC coaching values and ethos.

Our Coaching Methodology and Principles

SERVICE

Above all, our focus is on delivering the very best coaching service possible. Our intent is to always work in the best interest of the client, providing an elite service for elite individuals.

TOOLS & TECHNIQUES

The coach is the expert in coaching tools, techniques and principles – the client is the expert in every aspect of their lives. The key to EEC coaching, is to hold these tools lightly, structure each session, and use coaching experience and expertise to guide the client towards achieving whatever goal they wish.

RAISING AWARENESS

Every person possesses all the ingredients necessary to achieve their full potential however, internal and external factors present can influence the belief in achieving this potential. The role of the coach is to help the client become aware of how to use these ingredients to the fullest, identify which ones are right in any given situation, or raise awareness that they even have them in the first place.

ETHICS

All coaches must abide by the code of ethics, where confidentiality is essential in achieving a trusting, psychologically safe, open, and honest interdependent coach-client relationship.

CHALLENGE

Our coaches use appropriate challenge and thought-provoking questions where required, as they are essential components in growth and understanding. Through unlocking and uncovering new perspectives, new insights, thought processes, and generating possibilities, clients are fully empowered to reach their goals.

CONTRACTING

We believe that strict contracting must be in place to protect all stakeholders. This is essential in providing clarity and maintaining healthy coaching relationships. Re-contracting at regular intervals is also critical in protecting all parties throughout the coaching assignment.

SUPERVISION/CPD

Coaching assurance is essential in maintaining impeccable standards. All coaches must undertake coaching supervision in line with professional coaching body guidelines, whilst also undertaking CPD to ensure up to date knowledge.
