For me personally, one of the greatest privileges of this work is the relationships built along the way. A Word from our Founders

Our Origins 

We, Steven Stubberfield and Jonathan Owen-Williams, partnered to create Elite Executive Coaching after distinguished careers in the Royal Air Force (RAF). We amassed over 35 years combined leadership service as Aircrew within the RAF, with over 10,000 flying hrs on the C-130J Hercules and C-17 Globemaster Aircraft, undertaking multiple worldwide operational and humanitarian detachments and leading teams in multi-national flying exercises. Post flying duties, we were responsible for the design and delivery of RAF and Army Aircrew Instructor Training and Development, liaising with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders throughout Defence, to ensure a robust training pipeline for future Aviation Instructors. The coaching journey began whilst utilising coaching techniques and principles as experienced Aircrew Instructors and witnessing the benefits this brought to the individuals and the front-line operational flying squadrons. A decade, numerous coaching qualifications, hundreds of formal coaching hours, and extensive innovation and course design experience later, this journey continues with the creation of EEC. The EEC team have accumulated a vast portfolio of coaching experience, from fast-jet pilots, senior aircraft engineering officers, squadron executives through to MOD senior leadership, NHS leaders, Meta, Deloitte, FCO, start-ups, and small business owners.

Throughout our Military career, we witnessed the struggles of senior leadership and various multi national executives we dealt with. Seniors and Executives are in elite positions, have unique challenges and are providing an incredibly important and complex service. This option is totally bespoke and our dedicated experts will work alongside stakeholders to provide this tailored coaching solution. We can train employees to become internal professional coaches and coach supervisors, able to provide CMI Ofqual regulated level 5/6 coaching courses, if required.
